COVID-19 Update - Airport Terminal Operating Hours
Due to the travel restriction imposed by the COVID-19 virus, air travel has reduced significantly. This has prompted airlines to reduce their services through Wagga Wagga Airport accordingly.
The Wagga Wagga Airport Terminal will therefore only be occupied by airport staff, and accessible to the public, during such times as there is aircraft and passenger movements.
Passengers are to refer to the Qantas and Regional Express websites to confirm when such flights are scheduled.
These arrangements will remain in place until further notice, and may change at short notice.

Checking In
It is recommended that you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your flights departure time to allow for check-in and to drop off any baggage.
Wagga Wagga Airport does not have self check-in kiosks or auto bag drop facilities.
You may be able to check in online prior to arriving at the airport, check with your airline to see if this is available to streamline your arrival process.
Its also a good idea to keep an eye on your flight times in case there's been a delay or a change in departure time by your airline.
Baggage
Allowances
Each airline sets an allowance on size, weight and quantity for checked and carry-on baggage. If unsure, please check with your airline.
A wide range of articles and substances such as pesticides, petrol, acids, aerosols and bleaches are considered dangerous goods. These items are not allowed on aircraft as they are capable of posing significant risk to health and safety when transported by air. Collection
When arriving at Wagga Wagga Airport, follow the signs to the baggage collection area. If you require a wheelchair or other assistance on arrival, contact your airline prior to your flight.

The Freight Lodgement and Animal Drop Off/Collection area is located to the left of the Terminal main entry doors.
